AFGE Locals' 2004 Annual Meeting took place in Orlando, Florida. Dale Cox, from AFGE District 6, and Levi Morrow, Chief Negotiator for Council 216, visited to conduct training focusing on the FLRA and ULP's. Chief Steward Wendell Sims and Miami Steward Rachel Shonfield conducted additional training in the drafting of grievances and RFI's. Officers, Stewards, and Alternate's conducted the business of the Local, including the President's Report, the Treasurer's Report, and the Chief Steward's report.
